Refund policy

CancellationClient has the right to cancel at any time, however, all payments made are non-refundable as the Parties agree that Company has to order and reserve supplies, start work on the deliverables, and/or turn down other bookings for the Event. If a booking is canceled, Client is entitled to: 100% shop credit on any amount paid for orders canceled seventy-two hours or more in advance of event to put towards a future balloon order

Inclement Weather: Company is not responsible for weather conditions that make it impossible or unsafe to deliver or install the balloon display. This includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, extreme heat, rain, or snow storms. If an Event is canceled after the 3-day cancellation mark (even for weather conditions), Client is still responsible for the total invoice cost.
